Yes, homemade, made-to-order meals take a little longer to make, but its a difference that is more than worth the wait! There are no jumbo vats of batter, no assembly line sausages, no pre-cooked waffles or biscuits here at The Social House.
The decor of Social House is bright, cheerful and Classic. The walls are peppered with famous authors, poets and literary greats such as Langston Hughes, William Shakespeare, Mark Twain and Paul Dunbar. An array of Vintage books and a 1949 Schwinn bicycle also adorn the dining room. Our soundtrack of choice is pure classic American Jazz greats; Frank Sinatra, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, Ella Fitzgerald and John Coltrane.
